DevOps Engineer - Azure

Hampshire - £45-£60k + benefits and Hybrid working

Due to planned expansion the company is looking to hire a DevOps Engineer to join their existing SaaS product team working on a range of products used by customers globally. This is a varied role in a Microsoft Environment working on the design, deployment and configuration of SaaS product hosted in Azure.

The company offices are in Hampshire, commutable from Southampton, Basingstoke, Fareham areas, and they support home working 3 days per week. The role offers the chance to learn from a senior team and progress as the company continues to expand.

Responsibilities and include:

• Deploying SaaS systems into Azure Public Cloud
• Following set Deployment, Development and Operations processes
• Implementing CI/CD processes
• Container orchestration using Kubernetes
• Database administration (SQL)

Essential experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within an Azure environment
• Awareness of security challenges when deploying in the cloud
• Microsoft background, ideally with some experience of writing code (C# or similar)
• Container experience, ideally with Kubernetes
• Excellent communicator with an interest in growing their skills
