Working with Talkmind will allow: - Flexible working (strike a balance between personal and work life, private practice, +/- NHS) - Working in the comfort of your own home - Reassurance that payment will be made within a timely manner - Full assurance you will have support every step along the way to set up your new private practice without any of the stresses that go along with it - User-friendly and platform (with a team ready to support you) - Easy-to-use booking system - Administrative support - Support with CPD and other learning / development opportunities Your responsibilities: - Provide assessments, diagnostic (formulation(s)) (where appropriate) and treatment plans (including advice on investigations and interventions if required) - Comply with our policies, procedures and clinical governance processes - Ensure reliability and accessibility - Engagement in supervision (if required) - Comply with our contract - Maintain CPD, appraisal and revalidation requirements, as per GMC standards, as well as adherence to GMC ‘Good Medical Practice’ - Working well within the MDT (clinicians and non-clinicians) - Offer to provide leave cover for colleagues (if necessary, possible and / or required) We are keen to onboard clinicians who enjoy complexity and keen for job satisfaction.
