Run your own caseload of claimant fast track EL/PL/OL & RTA personal injury claimsManage your caseload from start to finish including through litigation where necessary Liaise with experts, counsel & clients Preparing court documents including claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc Instruct and brief counsel What will you need? 2+ years experience handling a mixed Fast-Track personal injury caseload to include EL/PL & RTA matters Being a qualified solicitor or legal executive is beneficial, but not essential 2 years claimant EL/PL experience Litigation & CPR knowledge handling litigated matters Knowledge & experience of the MoJ Portal Benefits Include: Salary up to £42,000 Annual bonus 100% work from home if required 25 days holiday (increasing over time) All equipment supplied inc laptop What next?
