Quality Inspector

My client based in Petersfield is looking for a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join their busy team due to expansion.

About the role:

An Inspector is required to support quality requirements including CMM inspection of complex parts, raising and responding to non-conformances and the generation of inspection reports.

• Applicants must have previous quality inspection experience within a relevant precision engineering sector.
• They will have a real attention for detail and must be able to read engineering drawings and understand all associated drawing symbols.
• Experience operating/programming CMM equipment, or similar quality measuring equipment is essential.

Key Skills:

• CMM experience with Aberlink software.
• Highly accurate and fast worker.
• Experience of generating inspection reports
• Experience of supporting quality audits
• Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in a clean and organised work place producing high quality work.

Hours of Work:

• Basic week of 37.5 Hours

• Monday -Friday 08:00 to 16:30 (60 mins lunch break)

• 25 Days holiday

Remuneration:

• Excellent Salary 32k to 42k basic
