Excellent Opportunity - Busy Golf Club - Straight Day Shifts Our client based at this busy Golf Club in the Ashford area are recruiting a Chef de Partie for their kitchen brigade. This is an opportunity to join a kitchen that has an excellent reputation for its food in a busy restaurant as well as afternoon teas and functions. The role is mainly day shifts wirh occasional evenings for functions. The shifts are straight day shifts either 7-3 or 10-6 for example. The role is 40 hours a week with paid overtime. You will need your own transport due to location. The Role Working on the all Section's except Pastry Supporting the Head Chef in each service Managing and ordering your own section Keeping and maintaining hygiene standards and work areas clean The Person Already an experienced Chef de Partie Experience of working in a busy Hotel or pub/restaurant Excellent communication skills Capable and able to work unsupervised Salary & Benefits Salary to £28-30k Monthly tips Straight Shifts Meals Benefits & Discounts Application.
