Job Title: Senior Construction Planner Location: London Salary: Very Competitive Company: Leading UK Construction Company (Tier 1 Main Contractor) About Our Client: Our client is a leading UK construction firm specialising in affordable housing, residential development, and regeneration projects. They partner with housing associations, local authorities, and private developers to create sustainable, mixed-use communities. Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Construction Planner with extensive experience in residential and mixed-use schemes (over £40M), to manage multiple live projects and tenders. What We’re Looking For: * Proven background in site management, project management, or site engineering. * Experience in managing large residential schemes and housing projects. * Strong ability to handle tenders and live schemes simultaneously. * Proficiency in JCT contracts (D&B experience is desirable). * Ability to produce tender programmes and detailed DPC programmes with minimal guidance. * Experience with 2-stage tenders and Gateway sign-offs. * Familiarity with Passive House construction (desirable, but not essential). * Skilled in ASTA Powerproject (MSP is a plus). * Valid CSCS card and driving license required.
