As a Sales Controller, you will be highly motivated with overall responsibility of the performance of the site, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will guide the team through the whole experience from start till finish.
General responsibilities:
- Step up to the general manager responsibilities during absences from site
- Review the performance of the sales team.
- Guide the sales team with sold units and value-added products
- Mentoring of sales team in closing the deal
- Auditing deal presenter and subsequent opportunities
- Audit financial documents to ensure compliance
- Hitting and exceeding your monthly sales targets
To be considered you must have:
- The ability to mentor others.
- Leadership qualities with a passion to develop the team.
- Outstanding customer service experience.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Have or be happy to train for FCA Accreditation.
- Volume used car sale management experience.
- Have pride in your appearance.
This role offers you:
- 30K salary plus uncapped commission
