Head of Bidding

Alexander Ash Consulting is looking for a driven Bid Manager to join a growing Strategic Proposals Team for a global consultancy. Manage and oversee assigned proposals from inception to completion, adhering to the firm's established proposal methodology, primarily focusing on public-sector projects in the EMEA region. Serve as the proposal editor, maintaining a consistent voice and tone throughout, and ensuring alignment with firm branding. Facilitate the preparation of content for presentation teams whilst partnering with the Design Team to create compelling graphics. Comfortable leading and facilitating group discussions or meetings in a virtual format. ~ Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and track multiple workstreams simultaneously.
