Pay award pendingTeaching Assistant Fixed Term job summaryWhat we are looking for: We are looking for an enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our highly dedicated SEND team. Duties will include in class support for SEND pupils to give them every opportunity to make expected progress by accessing the whole curriculum. Under the direction of the SENCO and teaching staff prepare individualised and/or differentiating teaching resources for use in class. We are looking for an individual who has a very flexible and enthusiastic approach to suit the varying and sometimes complex needs of our pupils and who is prepared to undertake any associated tasks as required. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator as they will need to liaise with parents and carers in a manner that will support SEND pupils in their learning. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate commitment, energy, and drive to join our team and work to provide positive learning experiences for all our students.
