If you have: In-depth understanding of TikTok Shop features, TikTok Ads Manager, and video shopping ad formats (Spark Ads, Video Shopping Ads, Live Shopping Ads). Proven experience working with TikTok affiliate programs, creators, and managing affiliate relationships through platforms like Creator Connect. Strong experience in collaborating with affiliate creators to generate high-performing content. Experience in A/B testing different ad creatives, product links, and ad strategies to optimize performance. Fluent in written and spoken English Your work scope is to: Upload all available products to TikTok Shop, ensuring a wide range of products is visible to potential shoppers. Participate in TikTok Shop’s affiliate program, developing and maintaining relationships with creators to boost affiliate-driven GMV. Launch and manage Video Shopping Ads (VSA) using a combination of existing and new content. Prioritize high-performing organic videos for ad use.
