They are at a pivotal mid-cycle stage, experiencing massive strategic growth through cutting-edge technology and marketing expansion. They are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Specialist to play a critical role in their financial strategy and operations during this transformative stage.Role Overview: The FP&A Specialist will be an integral part of the finance team, responsible for providing strategic financial insights, supporting business integration processes and enhancing the financial planning and analysis capabilities. Your expertise will drive informed decision-making, optimise financial performance and contribute to the businesses long term success.Key Responsibilities: Lead the financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisDevelop and implement financial models to support business planning, strategic initiatives, and decision-makingProvide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying key trends and driversCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support business integration efforts, ensuring seamless financial alignment and reportingPrepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management and private equity stakeholdersMonitor and manage cash flow, working capital and investment opportunitiesDrive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A functionSupport ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as requiredQualifications:ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalentProven experience in financial planning and analysis within a PE-backed organisationStrong background in business integration and financial modellingAbility to maximise systemsAbility to thrive in fast paces dynamic environment associated with private equityDemonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholderDetail oriented mindset and ability to critically assessExperience in post-acquisition integrationExperience in a business backed by an institutional fund (PE or VC)
