Talent Coordinator

Talent Coordinator: Hill Group is an award-winning 5-star house-builder, creating a range of beautiful homes across London, the South East and South West. We are looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our busy and proactive Talent Acquisition team, based in Waltham Abbey, Essex. Reporting to the Talent Partner, your role as a Talent Coordinator will be to play a crucial role in supporting all recruitment and on boarding processes for our expanding workforce, to ensure we attract, select, and retain the best talent to help us build high-quality homes across the region. Key Responsibilities: Support the wider talent team in the recruitment process from job posting to offer stage, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases. Organise and attend recruitment fairs, career events, and other talent sourcing opportunities. Support the Talent Acquisition team with reporting and recruitment analytics. Support all Early Careers Recruitment. Help foster a positive candidate experience and promote the company’s employer brand. Requirements: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent IT skills and able to manage recruitment software and applicant tracking system (Previous ATS experience is beneficial but not required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Excellent enthusiasm and self-motivation. Flexible to commit to company and recruitment-based events (Role is office based at Hill Group head office, full UK driver’s license required).
