Job Title: Sales Director (Individual contributor position).
Location: London – hybrid working - 2/3 days per week in the Shoreditch office.

Responsibilities:
As the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in expanding the company into new markets.
• Utilize your industry expertise and regional network to actively seek out new opportunities through both online and offline channels, converting them into long-term clients.
• Source potential clients through social media, cold calling, and by leveraging your existing network of contacts.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that ensures a strong pipeline and high conversion rates.
• Represent and promote the company at major industry events.
• Keep informed about market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cross-functional support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in enterprise, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales.
• Proven experience in the UK and/or European markets.
• Bilingual: Must be fluent in English and at least one of the following languages — French, Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Dutch.
• Ability to effectively simplify and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successfully converting leads into qualified opportunities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about business development and sales success.
