The Role:
As a Finance Associate, you will be a key player in their Banking & Finance team, which advises on some of the most complex and significant financial transactions across multiple industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leveraged Finance, Debt, and Direct Lending: Engaging in sophisticated debt structuring and direct lending deals, representing both borrowers and lenders, including private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
- Asset Finance: Focusing on high-value asset finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on the aviation and rail sectors, advising on the financing of aircraft and rail assets.
- Infrastructure and Project Finance: Participating in significant infrastructure and project finance transactions, particularly in the energy, renewable energy, and transport sectors, where the firm has a strong market presence.
- Fund Finance: Working with top-tier financial institutions and private equity firms on fund finance arrangements, offering bespoke advice tailored to each client’s needs.
- Real Estate Finance: Handling complex real estate finance transactions, including development finance, investment finance, and large-scale refinancing projects, with a focus on high-value commercial properties.
- Restructuring: Assisting clients in financial restructurings, including complex debt restructurings, insolvency, and distressed asset transactions.
