Key Responsibilities: • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. • Differentiating instruction to meet the varying needs of students. • Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development. • Working collaboratively with the KS1 teaching team to develop schemes of work and share best practices. • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers to support student progress.
