Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Proven experience teaching KS1 or a desire to teach this age group. • Strong classroom management skills. • A commitment to inspiring and engaging children in their learning journey. • A passion for working with children from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities: • Planning and delivering creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum. • Differentiating instruction to meet the varying needs of students. • Supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development. • Working collaboratively with the KS1 teaching team to develop schemes of work and share best practices. • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with parents and carers to support student progress.
