Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in pre cast construction. Do you hold the following accreditations,SMSTS, Appointed Person together with Precast Experience. If so we want to hear from you! As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of our precast projects. You will be responsible for: • Leading and managing project teams • Developing and implementing project plans • Overseeing project budgets and schedules • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders • Providing technical expertise and guidance Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience: • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification • Strong leadership and communication skills • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities • Knowledge of precast construction methods (preferred) • TWC Accreditation Contract Details: This is a contract position with a competitive rate of pay. The duration of the contract will be 12 weeks. You will have the opportunity to work on an exciting and challenging project within a dynamic and supportive team.
