We are seeking a Executive Assistant to join the Coorporate and Commercial department to provide comprehensive support to the local teams in Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious firm that values teamwork, innovation, and excellence. The Role: As a Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier executive support to lawyers and team leaders. You'll work closely with the construction department and have access to a range of internal resources, including the Document Production team, Administrative Assistants, and Business Services. With a degree of autonomy, you will manage your workload, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the team. Building strong relationships across the business and, where appropriate, with clients is key to succeeding in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Provide executive-level support to multiple lawyers, managing priorities effectively * Delegate tasks to support teams where necessary, ensuring smooth operations * Organise and structure daily work in a methodical, detail-oriented manner * Ensure clear and professional communication, both written and verbal * Build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders and clients * Embrace new responsibilities and challenges with resilience and a positive attitude The Ideal Candidate: * Experience working in a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to supporting lawyers or similar professionals * Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure * Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail * Confident in setting and managing their own work agenda, while working collaboratively as part of a team * Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels * A proactive mindset, with a willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the role * Experience within the construction industry What We Offer: * Competitive salary of up to £30,000 * 50% hybrid working * Attractive bonus worth £2,500 * Excellent benefits package * A modern, state-of-the-art working environment in Oxford * Opportunities for career development and growth within a leading firm If you are a motivated and detail-oniented professional ready to contribute to a forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
