This is a hybrid role, with a mix between working 2 days a week (or more if you prefer) in our beautiful central London office (Goodge Street) and working from home. Your role at Lily’s Kitchen: You will lead, manage and co-ordinate manage all aspects of our Customer Supply Chain. You will also drive process improvements with our customers and ensure Lily’s Kitchen is set up for future growth. Customer Relationship Management Manage Lily’s Kitchen Supply Chain relationships with Lily’s Kitchen top strategic customers. Supply Chain Availability Lead data driven analysis on key supply chain and customer metrics including OTIF, Vehicle Capacity Utilisation, On-Shelf Availability and Freshness. Drive improvements in customer service levels (OTIF) through root cause analysis. Supply Chain Costs Manage the Variable Distribution budget for customer deliveries. Lead customer supply chain projects from and drive retailer value and cost saving initiatives. Identify process improvement opportunities to better serve our customers. Internal Stakeholder Management Collaborate with the Sales teams on in month performance, sales and marketing projects and issue resolution. Line Management Manage, support and mentor the Customer Supply team, initially focussing on the UK with later scope to broaden to the international team. Set clear team and personal objectives, driving performance to deliver business targets. Support your team, working towards career and development goals to build talent from within the team. Strong line management experience. Strong FMCG Supply Chain experience and a deep understanding of customer supply chains, customer KPIs and the O2C process. Excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external partners. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail with advanced use of Excel. At Lily’s Kitchen we believe that everyone should enjoy their time at work.
