We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work with some fantastic children with additional needs across Havering and Barking and Dagenham! So... What do you need to be a fantastic Teaching Assistant? Bubby personality Passion and enthusiasm to support children with additional needs Emotional maturity to support children who could be in crisis The ability to understand different aspects of children with additional needs, and appreciate that every child is different Personal or professional experience with children What will you be doing? Supporting children on a 1:1 basis Managing challenging behaviour Supporting children who need extra support with their work Working with a multi-disciplinary team Building a strong rapport with childrenHave you got what it takes?
