M&E Construction Manager

Title: M&E Construction Manager Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (Including additional company benefits) Location: West London Opportunity Details: We are recruiting for an M&E Construction Manager on behalf of a renowned Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Contractor, a leader in providing full design and installation services across diverse sectors, including commercial, retail, and residential builds across London. This opportunity is to play a crucial role managing a significant framework of projects in West London as part of a new commercial development. With a track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale projects across the UK, our client is in an exciting growth phase and now seeks an M&E Construction Manager to oversee and manage a variety of works, ranging from retail spaces to commercial offices. This role presents a fantastic opportunity for an M&E Construction Manager from either a mechanical or electrical background to be a key player in shaping landmark developments and working on some of the most prestigious projects in the region. Responsibilities/Skills & Experience: Attend regular project meetings with the Project Management team to ensure smooth project delivery Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and engineers to confirm and finalize design plans Oversee construction activities, ensuring they are executed according to time, budget, and quality standards Procure building materials and manage equipment logistics Ensure projects adhere to construction schedules and budget constraints Develop and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders Act as the key liaison with clients, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction Prepare and present weekly and monthly project plans and forecasts to clients and senior managementRemuneration Package: Competitive basic salary of £65,000 - £75,000 (dependent on experience) Fully expensed travel Discretionary bonus up to 10% (based on personal KPIs and company performance) Industry-leading car allowance Contributory pension scheme Healthcare plan 25 days of holidayThis is a fantastic opportunity to manage a framework of diverse and prestigious projects in West London, working with a dynamic and forward-thinking contractor.
