Testing Electrician - Social Housing
Location: Essex/Suffolk

Regen Solutions are currently looking for a number of experienced Electricians to carry out electrical testing and remedial works on behalf of one of our M&E clients across the CM, CO and IP postcode areas.


The majority of the work will be EICR's, fuse boards and additional remedial works in social housing properties. This is price work, with a schedule of rates set out for EICR's and all additional domestic works, operatives should be expecting to earn between 250 and 400+ per day.

The end client have a specific list of requirements for this role, only electricians who have the following will be accepted:

  • 18th edition
  • 2391 Testing and Inspection Certificate
  • NVQ/C&G Level 3
  • AM2
  • Own van (MUST NOT be sign-written)
  • CAT B Asbestos Training - the client can provide this when you onboard, but will be at a cost to the electrician (circa 180)

The contract covers the CM, CO, IP and NR postcodes. Successful applicants will be kept as close to home as possible, however on the odd occasion there could be larger works needed in any of the aforementioned areas.


Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Electrician role.
