AI Program ManagerLondon - Hybrid 2/3 days Office basedAs an AI Program Manager you'll be responsible for improving productivity, prioritizing key projects, and building trust with both internal and external partners. Your goal is to help expand our internal platform into a more user-friendly, self-service tool. You'll also ensure that we follow AI governance standards and use the right tools (MLOps and LLMOps) to monitor AI model performance.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead projects, managing budgets, resources, and ensuring they align with our strategy.Strategy & Implementation: Help shape and execute our Digital Twin strategy, setting best practices for AI and Generative AI.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with tech and business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of our platform.Innovation & Experimentation: Oversee AI experiments to drive innovation and validate new ideas.Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define program goals and support technology choices.Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative environment and build high-performing, diverse teams.Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.AI Leadership: Stay updated on the latest in AI, MLOps, and LLMOps to drive continuous innovation in Digital Twin technology.Proven experience leading AI/ML programs
