Due to the nature of the business we are searching for candidates with a passion for football and betting.The brand is managed by my client who are a social media network.The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for growing our audience and reach through a combination of organic and paid strategies, while also creating engaging content for our audiences.The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media trends, possess excellent copywriting skills, have a proven track record of managing and growing social media platforms, and have a genuine love for football.Responsibilities: Implementing growth strategies to increase followers.Create engaging content, ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice in messagingCollaborate with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics and videosBeing innovative in your approach to increase organic reach on contentFoster and nurture an active and engaged online communityRespond promptly to comments, messages, and mentionsStay informed about emerging social media trends and opportunitiesPossess a keen curiosity about how social media algorithms distribute content The ideal candidate:Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or digital marketing roleStrong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practicesExcellent written, verbal and copywriting skillsCreative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideasStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHuge football fanInterested in football bettingIt’s a bonus if you also have:Knowledge of content marketing principlesGraphic design skills and experience using Figma, Photoshop or CanvaInterest in horse racing, darts or any other sport
