You'll lead a team of skilled engineers and support staff, ensuring our projects not only meet but exceed client expectations. What You'll Do: * Lead and Manage: Oversee the delivery of fire and security services, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. * Drive Success: Maximize regional performance by managing KPIs, enhancing service offerings, and driving profitability. * Quality Assurance: Uphold our high standards by maintaining and implementing Company Quality Systems (BAFE, NSI) and conducting regular audits. * Empower Your Team: Assess and develop field engineers, offering support and training to ensure continuous improvement. * Innovate: Solve complex problems with a systematic approach and stay ahead of industry trends. * Communicate: Report on regional performance, provide accurate forecasts, and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. What We’re Looking For: * Experience: Proven background in fire and security maintenance, project delivery, and commissioning. * Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and develop both office-based and field teams. * Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the fire and security industry, relevant standards (BS5839, BS5306, BS7671, BS6266), and quality management systems (ISO 9001). * Problem Solver: A strategic thinker with a knack for resolving complex issues efficiently. * Detail-Oriented: Sharp eye for detail to ensure high-quality work and compliance with all standards. * Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff, clients, and suppliers.
