We are a thriving law firm based in the City of London, seeking to appoint ambitious and self-motivated Solicitors on a fee-sharing consultancy basis to join our immigration department. This role offers flexible working hours and a generous consultancy agreement, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to balance their professional and personal lives while maximising their earning potential.
The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a transferable client following in immigration law. As a Consultant Solicitor, you will be expected to manage your own caseload independently, demonstrating strong organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in immigration matters
- Manage and develop your own caseload, ensuring timely and efficient handling of cases
- Maintain and grow your client base through networking and business development activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with other members of the firm to provide a seamless client experience
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/lawyer with at least 1 year of PQE in immigration law
- Transferable client following in immigration law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in using case management systems and legal research tools
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
