As a young and vibrant company that has big ambitions, we are currently searching for a driven Operations Assistant to join and support our sales team.
Tasks: Building lists of open vacancies from both new and existing clients. Identifying key Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners that align with open vacancies. Creating lists of potential candidates for our Recruitment Consultants to place in exciting roles. Reaching out to potential candidates via inmails and emails to expand our network and arrange calls Uploading job descriptions for open vacancies. Track and manage all direct applicants, forwarding all qualified applicants to the relevant recruitment consultant. Database cleansing, recoding and organisation to ensure all information is uploaded accurately. Generating reports for senior management from the database
Requirements: Prior office experience preferred GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum). Ambitious and success-driven mindset. Sharp attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Must be able to confidently manage multiple projects at the one time. Able to work independently and manage your time effectively. Great communication and tech skills, including being comfortable with Microsoft Office. Able to handle confidential information with care and keep records and presentations in perfect condition.
