We're looking for a driven, ambitious Client Partner for our growing Executive Search and Interim Management business based near Reading, Twyford. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-driven environment, excelling in both relationship development and executive search/interim management assignments and be looking for a rewarding next step up in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and meet revenue targets
- Lead executive search and interim management processes
- Build and leverage professional networks
- Negotiate contracts and develop tailored programmes
- Provide high-quality client consultations and presentations
- Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Organise and deliver client events to enhance networking capability and Aston Fisher’s brand
Required Skills:
- Strong relationship development and commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Proficiency in using various outreach methods (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Capacity to identify and close business opportunities
