Freelance Finishing Manager - Super Prime Stately Home ·Windsor, Berkshire ·Up to £260 pd CIS ·Contract - Till Xmas 2024 ·Start: Monday 30th September Our client is closing out an uber prime refurbishment of a stately home in Windsor, and have a freelance requirement for a Finishing Manager until Christmas 2024. As part of the refurbishment the Finishing Manager will be required for the snagging to successfully complete on this 55,000 sq ft property. The position will suit a committed individual who can demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of how to deliver super prime finishes. Reporting to a Senior Site Manager and Project Director, your experience and qualifications should include: ·Major prime high-end residential projects ·Able to demonstrate commitment with your involvement of projects from start to completion ·Preferably, a trade qualification, such as carpentry and joinery ·SMSTS , CSCS, 1st aid ·A committed team player The position is also known as Finishing Foreman, Construction Manager, Site Manager, Assistant Site Manager If you have any questions then please let me know
