Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a mid to senior-level Associate to join their Corporate and Venture Capital team. You will work with a diverse range of clients, from early-stage start-ups and university spinouts to seasoned entrepreneurs and venture capital investors. Your responsibilities will include leading on venture capital financings, advising on M&A transactions, and overseeing and developing junior team members. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of post-qualification experience, excellent academic credentials, and a strong background in corporate law, with specific experience in venture capital highly desirable.
