Sales Administrator - £28K - £30K - Hybrid working (One day in the office a week)
My client is a leading MSP based in Manchester who are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.
Your role
- Overseeing the Sales email inbox to ensure customer requests are managed in a timely, efficient, and effective manner
- Supporting the Head of Sales in handling sales inquiries and leads to maximize opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Collaborating with the Support team to efficiently process quotes from support tickets and conducting necessary follow-ups
- Coordinating with the Provisioning Team to ensure customer requests are fulfilled satisfactorily
- Assisting in the development and improvement of internal sales systems (Salesforce) and documenting new processes, as well as maintaining them
- Monitoring and updating Salesforce data related to Leads, Contracts, Products, Opportunities, and Quotes, and providing a weekly sales summary
- Working closely with technical teams to maintain a strong understanding of products and services
- Actively identifying new customer opportunities through online research, LinkedIn engagement, referrals, and networking
- Assisting the Head of Sales with the preparation and writing of sales proposals
- Using LinkedIn and email outreach to nurture relationships and generate warm leads for potential new customers
- Managing and maintaining the sales pipeline to ensure opportunities are followed up on and tracked effectively.
Requirements
- Knowledge in MSP, ISP, Telecoms or computer hardware is essential.
- B2B Sales expertise
- Microsoft Office Suite or Mac equivalents
- Salesforce or CRM experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
