You will play a key role in shaping the visual direction of our projects, working closely with other designers, editors, and clients to bring concepts to life.WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TOMotion Design & Animation: Create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for a variety of digital content, including social media, web, video, and interactive projects.Creative Conceptualisation: Work with the creative team to develop concepts and visual ideas that meet client objectives and push creative boundaries.Storyboarding: Develop and present storyboards that communicate the narrative and visual style of each project.Brand Alignment: Ensure that all motion graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone and style across all platforms.Collaboration: Partner with editors, designers, and other team members to integrate motion graphics into larger multimedia projects seamlessly.Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their vision, present concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final design.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and software in motion graphics and AI to keep our offerings cutting-edge.WHO WE THINK WOULD BE A GOOD FITYour passion, innovation, integrity, curiosity and professionalism will set you apart and you will value accountability, respect, teamwork and excellence to ensure we produce high quality creative content that makes our clients happy!Proven experience in a motion graphics design role in a creative studio or integrated agency environment – can manage creative projects from concept to deliveryExperience in 3D animation and rendering with knowledge of UX/UI design principlesImpressive portfolio of motion graphics projects demonstrating creativity, versatility, eye for detail and aesthetics, and technical animation/design skillsStrong conceptual and creative thinking abilities, can translate abstract ideas into compelling visual narratives and has a passion for storytelling through motion designHighly collaborative and a strong team player while able to work independently and autonomously – is proactive, solution-oriented and uses initiativeExcellent written/verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills - builds strong relationships and brings a positive approachStrong planning, organisational and time management skills - able to cope in a fast-paced environment, deal with changing priorities and manage multiple projects with tight deadlinesAgile, adaptable and flexible – enjoys a dynamic, fluid working environment and can multi-taskProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Figma and knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus
