Are you an experienced fire engineer? Ready to take on a new role? We're looking for Fire Engineers at a Senior, Associate and Principal level to join our growing Belfast team. You'll deliver client projects, provide technical support, and help nurture our team. A critical part of the business, you'll also oversee and develop the technical capability of the company, contributing to the consulting output and assisting with the overall development of the business. Benefits 27 days' holiday, plus bank holidays We're in the middle of a 12-month trial of the 9-Day Fortnight benefit - where you are gifted every second Friday off work Days off between Christmas and new year Private healthcare Company credit card Flexible working policy Free 24/7 counselling Main Duties Delivery and management of fire engineering projects Working individually and part of a team to win or deliver projects Promote and ensure technical excellence Responsible for the promotion of quality throughout the company Provide technical guidance and provide advice for clients as appropriate Provide technical advice to employees and associates of the company Represent the company on technical and policy steering groups/committees What we ask for MSc Fire Engineering degree, or BEng/BSc degree for 5 years IEng/application in process Typically 3+ years' experience in a consultancy or similar environment Possess excellent report writing and communication skills - be collaborative, creative and engaging Ability to multi-task - you will be required to work on multiple projects concurrently, working to tight deadlines and juggling multiple demands Proven ability to work remotely both individually and as part of a team Proven ability to develop a network of clients and colleagues at PartB and outside the company
