Taper & Jointer

Are you an experienced Taper and Jointer, seeking your next contract? Working in Bristol City Centre, my client has an immediate opportunity to join their project on a temporary basis. Duties: · Sealing all joints between plasterboards · Preparing wall and ceiling surfaces for painting · Report all quality/design problems to the Production Supervisor · Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the requirements of Health and Safety and other relevant legislation in addition to Risk Assessment and Procedures · Ensure that all works are manufactured in accordance with drawings and specifications · Ensure housekeeping standards are kept at the level required · Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with quality systems and checks Requirements: · Be able to work at heights e.g. using steps and A-frame ladders · High level of attention to detail · Punctual and reliable · Ability to use hand tools e.g. scrapers, batch pans and 10" and 12" jointing boxes · Taping and Jointing Certificate (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent), is preferred but not essential To apply, please call Fusion People Bristol or submit your CV --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
