Reporting to the Finance Director FP&A, you will be responsible for the accurate accounting of approximately 1000 employees (FTEs).Responsibilities include:Month End close packs - Preparation and reconciliations – Download regular Oracle and FMR reports and check for alignment between the systems. Reconcile FTE month end working file with “Group” close call pack dataReporting Packs production and release. Ensure accurate reporting by VP with comprehensive analysis of FTE resource, including detailed commentary and variance analysis at relevant level for publication through Power BI.Forecast and Budget completion for FTEs and Reporting Consolidation. Ensuring alignment to the strategic expectations of group finance Partner with the People Team and Operational teams to ensure accuracy of FTE reportingManage FTE transfers with the People Team and in the finance systemsReview, reconcile and approve new job requisitionsMonitor and report joiners, transfers, conversions, and leaversComplete analysis of Wages, pension, bonus, taxes and welfare costsManagement and reporting of total employee cost base, including wages, employee development, travel, employee infrastructure and employee facilitiesRun month end downloads for close reporting and ad hoc requests as needed throughout the month using OracleAd-Hod FP&A support where needed.Who we are looking for in this role:Financial analysis experience, including financial reporting experience.Studying Accountancy (ACCA / CIMA).Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are a benefit.Proven communication and relationship building skills.Attention to detail and demand of high standards of presentation.A team player in proactively developing cross functional support.Prior experience of Cognos BI, TM1 planning tools and Power BI a benefit.Our ambition is to hire for potential not just experience, and you’re likely to succeed if you:Are always ready to give it your all and deliver high quality work.Are excited to use your creativity and innovative thinking to try new things.Take responsibility and own your work.Are courageous and ambitious to challenge what’s been done before.These are just a few of our employee’s favourite benefits/perks… Competitive base salary, annual bonus, cash car allowance, private medical insurance, life assurance, and holiday allowance.Interested?
