Safeguard Armour, a leader in military equipment and clothing, is seeking an energetic and drive Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding company. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leading the charge in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key distributors and agents across different regions in the world. We're looking for a English-speaking executive who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment where collaboration and teamwork are essential for success. You'll take ownership of 15-20 key accounts, building strong relationships with distributors and clients, crafting winning business plans, and identifying new opportunities to drive sales growth. You'll be working with elite customers, including special forces, military, police, and navy, contributing to their vital missions and making a real difference in the world. In this role, you will: Nurture strategic partnerships, fostering trust and collaboration with key distributors and agents in high growth regions. Drive new business opportunities and open up new, high-value accounts, empowering distributors to succeed. Exceed growth targets and be recognized for your accomplishments, contributing to the success of a company that makes a real difference. Spearhead expansion efforts by identifying and securing new partnerships in the region, building a strong network of collaborators. Analyze local government tenders and develop winning strategies for securing contracts in body armor and tactical clothing. Collaborate with our high-performing, innovative internal teams to craft compelling proposals that win deals. Manage the complete sales cycle , from lead generation to closing those crucial contracts, supporting your team every step of the way. Become a product expert and provide ongoing support to partners and end customers. Travel to build relationships and represent Safeguard Armour at industry events (travel compensation provided). What We’re Looking For: A natural leader with 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience, passionate about building and motivating high-performing teams. A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong, collaborative relationships with clients. A strategic thinker who can develop and execute effective sales plans. A relationship builder who can establish trust and inspire others. A creative problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
