Description
This is an excellent role for a focused Customer Service Manager to lead a small team and bring in new structures, processes and procedures to prepare for the next phase of growth.
- Overseeing a complex sales order processing process within a manufacturing setting
- Leading and motivating a high-performing customer service team
- Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
- Identifying opportunities for process and organisational improvements
- Tracking and reporting on customer service metrics
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Providing training and coaching to customer service staff
- Managing customer complaints and enquiries effectively

Profile
A successful Customer Service Manager should have:

For this role we are actively looking for an individual who is comfortable committing 6 months to the preparation of this fantastic team, the aim will be to ensure the team can run self sufficiently and an internal candidate can be promoted into a Team Management role.
