As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality English lessons, supporting students' progress and helping them achieve their full potential. You will be working with students of varying abilities and ages, so the ability to adapt and differentiate instruction is essential. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver effective English lessons in line with the national curriculum. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive learning environment. Support the development of students' literacy skills and academic growth. Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings, and professional development activities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. A degree in English or a related field is preferred. Previous experience teaching English at the secondary level is advantageous. Strong communication and classroom management skills.
