Job Title: Senior Fundraiser
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: 30,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
I'm curently recruiting for an experienced Senior Fundraiser to support in raising vital funds for the service users. You'll manage the community fundraising team, oversee events, and develop new ideas to reach fundraising goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading community fundraising initiatives.
• Managing fundraising volunteers and staff.
• Building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and supporters.
• Developing and executing fundraising plans to meet financial targets.

General Duties:

• Maintain personal development, support team training, and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Lead community fundraising, build donor relationships, and raise awarenes of the oragnisation
• Manage the social media and website updates, developing fundraising plans, and supervising staff.
• Create new fundraising ideas, and build partnerships with businesses.
• Supporting volunteers and working with Trusts and Foundations programs are key aspects of this role.
