Their approach focuses on holistic development, and we’re looking for a dedicated Maths and Science Teacher to join this vibrant team. The Role: As a Maths and Science Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering the GCSE curriculum, adapting your teaching to meet the individual needs of students. You will foster a positive learning atmosphere, helping pupils overcome barriers and develop a love for learning. Your role will involve: * Teaching Maths and Science to GCSE level in small class settings. * Tailoring lessons to engage and support SEMH learners. * Creating a safe, structured, and inspiring learning environment. * Collaborating with support staff and other teachers to develop individual learning plans. * Encouraging students to build confidence and resilience, both academically and personally. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong subject knowledge in Maths and Science. * Experience working with students with SEMH needs or in a similar educational setting is highly desirable. * A positive, adaptable approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure. * Excellent communication skills and a passion for building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents. * The creativity and determination to make learning accessible, engaging, and fun.
