As Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimising production efficiency, managing operations seamlessly, and driving continuous improvement across the site. If you're ready to lead a high-performing team and exceed operational targets, this is the role for you!Key Responsibilities:Drive the overall operational efficiency of the site, ensuring customer orders are met within deadlines and cost targets.Lead, motivate, and empower teams to achieve site business objectives and KPIs.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Lean principles.Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Technical, Finance, and HR functions to ensure smooth operations.Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations.Manage key metrics, including cost of production, overheads, yields, and service levels.About You:Experience in production and warehouse management within an FMCG environment.Proven ability to meet and exceed the requirements of key retailers.Strong leadership and motivational skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business systems.Full UK driving license required.Join us and lead the charge in delivering operational excellence!
