Sous Chef Requirements:
Previous experience as a Sous or Jr Sous Chef
Worked in a commercial kitchen restaurant, hotel, gastro pub or event company
Good supervisory skills
The commitment to delivering dishes to a high consistent standard
A passion for fresh food and the hospitality industry
An innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
