Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

The Advocate Group are proud to be exclusively partnered with the UK's leading home interiors specialists, to support the search for an exceptional leader to join as the Regional Sales Manager, covering London & the SE. The business is a pioneer in luxury interior design, producing high-end, quality spec products to install in customer's homes.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for taking over the leadership of a successful sales team, who follow up leads sent from a central function, providing an exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Management of Regional Direct Sales Team.
- Providing Training, Coaching & Development - Sales and Product.
- Attend Executive Management Meetings.
- Lead Regional Sales Meetings (Approx. 6 per year).
- Personal Sales target.
Requirements
- Strong track record in Sales and Sales Management.
- Experience in the bespoke home products industry.
- Experience in dealing with discerning clients.
- Able to motivate and develop teams.
- Full UK driving license

- OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 based on previous year.
