Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) - Facilities Management - North London, England - 44,000 plus fully expensed van

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading facilities management companies based in the UK.

Hours of work: Mon to Fri - 8am to 5pm - 40 hours

Salary: 44,000 DOE

Location: North London, England

Role Responsibilities:

• Undertake all electrical repairs, installations, and inspection and testing within the area.
• Record and keep logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
• Report any defects at the time of the service visit.
• PPM and Reactive Maintenance

The ideal candidate:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Engineering Maintenance (multi-discipline)
• good knowledge of building Statutory Compliance.
• able to read and understand technical drawings
• have good problem-solving and decision-making skills and be able to communicate effectively, verbally and written.
• Full UK Clean driving license
