We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join a leading international technical systems integration organisation who specialises in the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of performance lighting, sound, communication, and AV systems for premier venues such as theatres, concert halls, opera houses, convention centres and TV Studios.In this role you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end process of performance venues system integration projects. This includes overseeing project design, manufacturing, installation, testing, and commissioning to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.Working simultaneously with operations and technical teams, your key responsibilities will include:Lead and oversee all aspects of project management for performance venues system integration projectsCollaborate closely with consultants, architects, end clients, and main contractors to ensure seamless project executionEfficiently manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of financial resources and adherence to budget constraintsDevelop and implement strategic project plans to maximize profitability and achieve client satisfactionMonitor resource allocation, health and safety standards, and maintain comprehensive testing documentation throughout project lifecyclesUtilize Microsoft 365 suite of applications for effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholdersLeverage Business Central for streamlined project financial managementDemonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant applications to support project design and implementationPossess the flexibility to work internationally and travel at short notice to oversee and coordinate projects as requiredEnsure compliance with local regulations and standards while working on international projectsTo be considered you must have the following:Have proven experience in Project Management within the build environment, either in the performance venues sector or constructionDemonstrate a strong track record in budget management, with the ability to optimise financial resources for successful project outcomesHave demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standardsHold relevant Construction Skills Certification Scheme accreditationBe proficient in Microsoft 365 suite, Business Central, and AutoCADRelevant project management certification (desirable)Benefits include:Competitive Salary Based On ExperienceCompany PensionGenerous Holiday EntitlementHybrid WorkingIf you fulfil the relevant requirements are are eligible to work and reside in the UK and travel internationally without restriction, please apply now!
