Construction Manager

We are hiring for Construction Manager (Rail/Transport/Civil)

Location: Crewe/Preston

• Prior experience in the construction industry, particularly in railway engineering or building management.
• Familiarity with Construction Design & Management (CDM) Regulation requirements.
• Conduct inspections and audits of work sites to verify compliance with health and safety plans, method statements, and assurance cases.
• Work with contractor teams to implement new methodologies and operational practices related to compliance.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to contractor staff in relation to processes and systems employed in the delivery of works.
• Expertise in compliance monitoring systems including scorecards and KPIs.
