Quality Manager

The Quality Manager position is an essential role within our Engineering and Manufacturing department, requiring a diligent individual with a keen eye for detail to maintain the quality standards in our manufacturing sites. Description Implement quality control procedures and standards in accordance with organisational guidelines Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues Provide training to staff on quality control and compliance procedures Prepare and present quality reports to management Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management systems Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsProfile A successful Quality Manager should have: Experience in a quality role within manufacturing Exposure to ISO9001 and BRC standards Driving license and willing to move between two sites, also visiting customers and suppliers.
