Your new role
Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team, reporting in to the Director. Dealing with projects ranging from 400k - 2.5m.
You will be responsible for and not limited to:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
- Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
- Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor accounts.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Provide accurate and timely financial advice to project teams.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
