A Junior Finance Business Partner is needed to join the Accounting and Finance team in a well-established FMCG company. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand and manage cost drivers. Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives. Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. Providing financial insight and advice to the wider business. Identifying opportunities for process improvement within the finance function. Participating in ad hoc projects as required.Profile A successful Junior Finance Business Partner should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
