Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Fettler/Deburrer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for removing burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from metal components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deburr and fettler metal components using hand tools, power tools, and abrasives.
• Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities in components.
• Operate and maintain fettling and deburring equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Fettler, Deburrer, or in a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
