Job purpose, tasks and responsibilities As part of our collaborative marketing team, you’ll play a key role in transforming how suppliers work with the NHS. You’ll help them better understand the market, engage effectively, and ultimately improve patient pathways and outcomes. As our Senior Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include: * Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns that drive leads, engagement, growth, and revenue for our data and consultancy products. * Partner with sales teams, business development managers, and consultants. * Analyse, maintain, and optimise marketing data. * Manage multi-channel marketing platforms. * Maintain and communicate a marketing activity calendar to ensure stakeholder alignment. * Write compelling copy and create engaging marketing materials for diverse audiences. * Build a library of customer case studies and success stories to support sales efforts. * Develop customer personas and journey maps in collaboration with product and engagement teams. * Regularly report on campaign performance against KPIs, suggesting and implementing improvements. * Manage external agencies and any direct reports to ensure effective campaign execution. In order to be successful in this role it’s essential that you have: * Strong experience in strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing. * Experience in complex product or service marketing with a focus on large revenue targets. * Proven ability to build and nurture lead pipelines. * Expertise in content-driven engagement and media usage to captivate target audiences. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to coordinate the creation of high-quality sales collateral and marketing assets. * Solid budget management skills with a focus on achieving the best ROI. * Experience using external agencies (e.g., PPC) to enhance campaign effectiveness. * Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics). * Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); SharePoint knowledge is a plus. * Social media campaign management experience (e.g., Sprout, Hootsuite). It would be great if you had: * Degree in marketing or a relevant qualification. * Experience leading a team or managing direct reports. * Familiarity with the UK healthcare sector. * Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau). * Knowledge of PPC platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn).
